If your schedule allows it, we recommend you stay a day or two at our Residence, to explore the beautiful Sacred Valley. You can visit some of the highlights, such as the Pisac Market, the Pisac Ruins, the village of Urubamba, and the Inca Fortress and Inca Town Ollantaytambo. All those attractions can be reached easily by public transportation from the main road that crosses de Valley; our friendly staff will assist and call a taxi if you need transportation to the bus station, or elsewhere.

Especially If you want to make something special out of your train tour to Machu Picchu, consider staying at our Sacred Valley Residence! Because here, you are already halfway on your way to Machu Picchu.

Our residence is located at approx 20 minutes by car from the train station in Ollantaytambo, from where the trains to Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu leave, several times a day. (don’t forget you need to book ahead).

Of course, you can also do the other way around: stay for an extra night in the Sacred Valley before heading back to Cusco after your tour or hike to Machu Picchu such as the Inca trail or the Salkantay Trek.
