Pedra Pablo de Vinatea is a Peruvian athlete that looks to compete in the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio. He is currently awaiting confirmation that he qualified.

The ambitious athlete is training hard for the 2016 Paralympic Games with his sights set on qualifying in swimming. He has been looking forward to this for a while.

De Vinatea says of his Paralympic goals, ´´I´ve always wanted to set the country´s reputation sky-high. Hope a decision will be announced within the following weeks, otherwise I´ll have to focus on new goals.´´

In addition to focusing on his training and athletic goals, Pedro Pablo de Vinatea also asserts his interest in a different career path: motivational speaking. Using his experience and his like of motivation, he can share this passion with other disabled people. He asserts that sport can change lives; by overcoming problems and finding new opportunities, disabled people can accomplish some amazing goals.
