Mistura 2016, Latin America´s most important food fair, is set to take place between September 2nd and September 11th of this year.
The Peruvian Gastronomy Society (Apega) has chosen more than 180 restaurants to participate in the fair at Lima´s Costa Verde seashore.
A few of the main chefs announced the list of eateries that will provide traditional Peruvian dishes and street food that so many people are anticipating. There are also several restaurants that will be present who provide a fusion of food, such as El Aguajal and Miski Mikuy Wanka.
As international visitors spend much of their traveling budget on Peruvian gastronomy, this event is attractive to many. In fact, over 450,000 people, including 35,000 tourists will attend the event.
Over the years, Mistura has won the reputation of being one of the world´s best food fairs. Many await in anticipation for this exciting culinary event to begin in the beginning of September.
