Various Peruvian restaurants in London worked together to organize the first London Pisco Sour Week ever.
The initiative, abbreviated as LPSW, is created as an extension of Peru’s Pisco Sour day that is celebrated every year on the first Saturday of February and will take place from the first to the eighth of February. The goal is to increase the spirit’s consumption and to promote at the same time the Peruvian gastronomy.
The participating restaurants and the Peruvian Trade and Investment Office are organizing various activities for the whole week, such as promotions and different preparations with the drink.
The restaurants that are joining are, among others, Señor Ceviche, Tierra Peru and Pachamama.
