Chiclayo is the principal city of the Lambayeque region in northern Peru. Other nicknames for Chiclayo include "The Capital of Friendship" and the "Pearl of the North". Máncora is a town and beach resort in the Piura Region, in northwestern Peru. The Pan-American Highway serves as Máncora's main street.
