• Learn all about the history of Peruvian gastronomy. You will taste tropical fruits and Andean products. Find out how to prepare the famous Pisco Sour. Finally, learn how to cook two of the most emblematic dishes of Peru: Ceviche and Lomo Saltado.

• Culinary Tour through Cusco with or without alcoholic beverages (approx. 3h)
  
• During this culinary tour through the streets of Cusco we stop at strategically selected points to taste Peru's food and learn about its history. We enjoy street food in Cusco and stop at three top restaurants of the historic center to enjoy typical Peruvian delicacies.

• Pisco tasting and pisco-based cocktail class (approx. 1h)
  
• A journey through the world of Pisco with tastings and preparations of representative cocktails.

• Tasting Peruvian potatoes and ají (approx. 1h)
  
• Taste a great variety of Peruvian potatoes in different cooking techniques accompanied by the most delicious and classic Peruvian pepper (ají) creams and sauces.

• Cooking class Ceviche and tasting (approx. 1h)
  
• Learn how to prepare the fantastic Peruvian Ceviche in three versions. Accompanied by beer tastings.

• Tasting Peruvian desserts (approx. 1h)
  
• Tasting of various typical desserts of Peru accompanied by refreshing Chicha Morada and passion fruit drink.
